i want to get to 300k miles but my armada has other plans. Yesterday the set light started blinking when i started it and a scan later i saw P1574 and found tons of reasons why im seeing it. Anyone here had a similar experience? its a 2012 SL

dude, my 2012 armada pulled the same crap! it set light blinking like a disco, P1574 code popping up, and a million reasons why?? I wanted that 300k mile glory too, but she was like, nah!!! took it to my buddy's shop, turns out it was the speed sensor being a drama queen. lol! we swapped it out, gave her a stern pep talk, and we're back in. you try that yet? lemme know!!

O'ow, sounds like a cruise control malfunction man. Had the same problem with my armada before. It's time for the battleship to visit her favourite repair shop.

what are some of the reasons that popped up? curious to this. kinda far away from hitting 300k but I guess its best to be prepared.

I have a 2010 Armada. Last year i got the P1574 code too. It was the speed sensor. Replaced it and no more blinking light. Maybe check that first. Good luck with the 300k goal!

That code often indicates that there is some problem with the cruise control, maybe the throttle position sensor, brake switch or maybe a bad ground connection. if you've noticed anything weird from the speedometer or you are having some cruise control issues then probably that's the problem,. Have you noticed any difficulties while driving or it is just the blinking light?

This could mean bad wirings. i suggest that you check the wirings for damages or loose connections. good luck!
