Wet Spot in 2008 Armada

Hey dude, just snagged a 2008 Armada and there's always a wet spot behind the left rear tire. It's like a clear water, not from the hose but it leaks around it and the grommet. What's this vent thing? Anyone experienced this?

Yo, read somewhere that this is called the drafter duct. those flaps are to keep a one way airflow. its possible that it is clogged up? Did you get it checked by a mechanic?
