My buddy's 2015 Nissan Armada is acting up again. His cruise control died two days ago. Usually, cleaning the radar sensor fixes it, but not this time.
So, he scanned the car and got a bunch of codes, including a P1572. Everything online points to a brake switch problem, even though his brake lights work fine and the car starts right up. He replaced both OEM brake pedal switches just last October.
What the heck, right? He can swap the switch again, but it seems weird. Has anyone else seen a P1572 code and cruise control issue like this after recently replacing the brake switches?
