Replacing my tires soon

Got a 2018 Armada Platinum but the tires are looking worn out now and I am thinking of upsizing to 33x12.50s. Is all-terrain a good choice too?
Anyone here running bigger 22s on stock suspension? Curious if it fits without rubbing. Open to suggestions of brands as well!

Running that on stock suspension might be tight with 22s and you'll likely get rubbing at full lock or over bumps unless you do some trimming, try out Nitto or Falken
